Delivery and shipments

  1. Delivery of the product to the customer is made through courier companies within the delivery time promised at the time of sale.
  2. The amount of the shipping fee will appear at the end of the order process under the product that the customer has chosen to purchase and will be charged when placing the order. In the case of a payment transaction, the shipping fee may be charged as part of the first payment.
  3. Delivery to the house will be made by prior arrangement, before delivery of the order, and up to 3 business days. In the case of remote localities – the localities of the Arava, Eilat, localities beyond the Green Line and localities in the Golan Heights – the company will not be able to commit to arrival within 3 business days.
  4. If the delivery address is in localities to which the courier company does not reach, the order will be sent by registered mail.
